C & N Associates, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Maryland, consisting of two main principal officers with a combined industry experience of over forty (40) years.

We provide top-quality interior and exterior commercial and residential construction as a general contractor, including design build and project management. 

We seek to provide our services in the timeliest manner and with ongoing quality, comprehensive control programs to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

Our principal officers see each contract as an agreement between a business and its customers, as well as a business between partners that wish to create a close and mutually beneficial long term relationship.

Our business ideology is one of referral and repeat business.

We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our accredidations include:
